Mission: Boxers with Parkinson's, BwP, is a Washington 501c3 nonprofit association exclusively for health and fitness providers of boxing-themed exercise programs for people with Parkinson's. BwP provides tablet assessment tools for boxers with Parkinson's aggregating data in the cloud for research.
The association is member owned and managed organization. BwP will have a paid executive director. Mike is not paid to serve as President but may be provided with expense reimbursement, if any. The Board of Directors volunteer their time and expertise.

President: Michael Sellars.
Mike was a founder of BwP and the driver for the app. He is a "Parkie", a Rock Steady Boxer, coach and affiliate serving two Rock Steady locations. His professional life was in sales and marketing primarily with high tech companies. His background with IBM drove his interest in converting data for 40,000 Rock Steady boxers from paper to the cloud. Mike is a Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow. Mike is a boxing for Parkinson's advocate but an exercise for Parkinson's fanatic, and as such, he boxes, plays tennis and bikes.

Director: Rick Dagg.
Rick grew up in Seattle and graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Fine Arts and Education. He taught art and math for a short time followed by a lifelong career in the wholesale window coverings industry. He started as a sales representative and soon became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Hunter Douglas. In recent years he enjoyed his own retail window coverings business. Rick has Parkinson's and loves Rock Steady Boxing. In retirement he enjoys painting, gardening and his family and friends.

Director: Walt Clemons.
Walt graduated from the University of Idaho. He joined Travelers Insurance Company becoming a general manager. The next ten years Walt was a partner in a financial services agency and subsequently, he spent 30 years as owner of his own financial services agency. He is active in his church. Walt has Parkinson's and is a Rock Steady boxer.

Director: Ron Harmon.
Ron Harmon was born and raised in Portland Oregon. He attended the University of Oregon and brings years of business management experience to his Boxer’s with Parkinson’s Director position. Ron is a proud Rotarian who truly believes in the Rotary motto of “Service Above Self.” He formerly served two terms as an elected Kent City Councilman, Kent Land Use and Planning Board member, and a Washington State Traffic Safety Commissioner.
