You probably love having visitors and welcome them openly.  However, when a stranger appears at your gym to work out, it brings liability issues, personal safety issues for the visiting Boxer, and, it can be a disruptive presence in your workout.

You have them sign you liability form to start.  But, what level are they, what are their symptoms you need to be aware of, how did they do in the FAB, TUG & S2S?  Are they attending the right workout?  It sure would be good to review their assessments.  If you and their home site are both BwP members, you can look them up right now.

Typically, you receive a phone call or email request to attend your workout.  Ask them if they are from a BwP member site.  If they are from a BwP member location, open tablet tablet, look them up and review their Boxer Profile.  You will also see information on their home member if you want to contact them for additional information.

Snowbirds.  If both boxing locations are BwP members, the Boxer's records can be easily transferred between the members.  A Boxer might have their July assessment done in Boston and their January assessment done in Tampa!

Think about when a Boxer moves.  Across town or across the country.  If the destination site is a BwP member, transfer the Boxers records to the destination member.  The Boxers assessment information going back to the beginning is now available to the new coaches.  Nothing is lost.

The faster BwP grows its membership, the better it can serve it's members.
